Feed-In Tariff Update
The High Court has ruled that DECC's decision to reduce the FiT in December was unlawful. We await further updates with regards to the status of the current tariff as the Energy Minister will be lodging an appeal to the Supreme Court. At present the minimum tariff for installation between December 12th 2011 to March 3rd 2012 will be 21p for 25 years. However, if the Government loses the appeal in the Supreme Court, then these installations will get the higher rate of 43.3 p for 25 years.
